Dear Helpful Americans,

            The City of New York would like to say thank you for all of your help that you put forth.  We are sending this, because without out your help in sending the water and other products that you sent. The process of cleaning up the city would not have went as well as it has.  We really would like to thank you guys for everything thing you did.
