With my pink blankey and yellow sunglasses.

From the biggest backyard with a swing set

And sidewalk chalk.

Watching the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Scooby Doo

Reading Mercer Mayer and Bernstein Bear books with a smile on.

I am from frosted cookies, kix cereal, Skipper’s Pizza, and Popsicles.

Dancing to Michael and Janet Jackson on my pink frilly bed.

Carrying a flashlight in the middle of the night while heading upstairs from playing Barbie’s.

From swimming in the Hillcrest pool and attempting to golf.

From Laundry Basket hiding to playing lite bright.

Playing Princess’s with my cousin on the big rock outside my grandma’s house.

Running around in bare feet picking dandelions and giving them to mom.

From sleepovers and late night chats
