Going into this project, we had a feeling that it was just going to be another long boring project. But as we got into making the website and finding information, we realized it wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be. It has opened our eyes to what it was really like for men and women that were captured by different countries and held in their camps. Beforehand we didn't even really think about the conditions and they way the soldiers were treated, but this project has helped us to see that. This project has been a great experience for the both of us. We enjoyed making the website and learning more about prisoners of war.
Working together can be difficult, and some of that was shown by doing this project. It was hard to find the time to get together and finish the things we needed to be finished, but we worked together and found a way to get it done. This project has helped us to be able to work with a partner and split up the work evenly.
By the time you get to this part of the website, hopefully you have learned something about prisoners of war and they horrors some of them went through. We hope you realize that they were very important to the war and they should never be overlooked.
We'd like to send out a special thank you to Oliver for doing the interview with us. We wouldn't have had the same presentation without you. Thank you very much!
