“It is those that we live with and love that should know us”

          This it the quote in the book that I think is most powerful and has the most meaning.  I think that this quote is true because it is the people that live with us and love us that will know the most about us.  This is a good quote from the book because they spend a lot of time together and learn a lot from each other when they were fishing and they also learned a lot from their dad.  He was the one that first taught the two boys how to fish and how to cast a fly rod.  

          I think that this quote has a powerful meaning because the people we live with and love learn from us and we can also learn from them.  We can learn from the mistakes that our parents made and tell us about what happened to them so that if they made a bad choice we can learn from it and not try the same things that they did when they were young and this will help us get along better in life.  I think this quote is meaningful because if we didn’t have any one to learn from then we would make a lot more mistakes than we already do but if we didn’t have someone to tell us it is all right.  Our parents are a big part of our lives and we learn a lot living with them and they also help us out a lot and love us a lot so that they will help us out when ever we need it. 

          As I have said before I think that this is a powerful quote and tells the meaning of the story because without the people that love you wouldn’t have people to help you through life.  You also wouldn’t have people that you can help when they need it. This is the quote that I think most fits the story of a river runs through it.
