“Mans chief end is to glorify God, and enjoy Him forever” “It is an art that is performed on a four count rhythm between ten and two o’clock” I can relate to the kids in the story because I like to fish and my dad taught me how to fish and cast. I think that so far this is a good book and I hope it stays this good. 10/7 “Was that half-breed Indian girl he goes with? You know the one” “You better go and see your own brother” I can relate to this book because I like to fish a lot and I sometimes go fishing with my cousin and he is kind of like the characters in the book. 10/8 “This dead water isn’t much of a place to fish is it?” “What the hell do you care?” They talk about how they were doing and where they were fishing it doesn’t sound like they were having very good luck though. 10/9 “The bastard isn’t even here” “Some day I hope I can help him as much” They met some women that were related to one of their wives and they made them sandwiches. 10/10 “Did you do any good?” “A bottle of beer would sure taste good” They tried to find a new hole to get some more fish because they weren’t having very good luck. 10/11 “Whenever you can get close to fish you can catch them.” “We would appreciate it if you went fishing with us tomorrow.” They were going to a different river to fish and they had to travel for a few days to get there. 10/12 “This made me see that I hadn’t seen any stone flies flying around this hole” “There has to be a big one ought there” They are feeling very confident that they will get a big fish if they keep trying. They aren’t giving up because they think that there has to be a big fish out there.
