Tomorrow will be the beginning of the Corps of Discoveries. I am kind of nervis of dangerous animals or people that I might see along the way. I’m also exsited at the same time becuze I want to explore and learn new stuff. Along the way, I’m expecting to find different animals, plants, and what the land is like in different places. For the journey, I will bring along enough things for the different types of the weather I run into. I will bring a dog to help me find my way and keep me out of trouble. I will bring plenty of water and some food. I feel like I will learn more about the land and about what lives there. Well that’s all for now. I’ll talk to ya tomorrow!

Today is a very important day because we have gotten to the Missouri River. The Missouri River is an interesting place to explore. The flora of the river includes grass, trees, and flowers.  The fauna of the river are birds, squirrels, butterflies, and gophers. The Missouri River is very important to fish because the fish rely on the river for life.  We found the water was shiny and brownish green. Along the side of the river, there were many dead fish. Exploring the Missouri River was a great experience.
