When designing a mask, Brennan and I worked together.  We looked up different types of masks on the internet to see which kind we wanted to replicate.  We found this mask on the right, and decided to try to recreate it.  Every mask in African culture means something different and signifies something.  The mask that we made signifies the beauty and style of every woman.  The shape of the eyes, lip shape, and the lines on the face all mean something important.
