Prologue

This is a project on the Dust Bowl of the 1930’s. We came upon this topic because it was an important part of American history that we all need to learn about. My grandmother Mary Wollmann was a child during this time period. We will discover and share with you the life of a normal everyday person in this very difficult time to grow up. Why did the "dirty thirties" happen? What made it so difficult to make a profit? How did it start and finish? These are some of the topics we will explore through out this project.
