He has been lying in bed for 3 days so far.

He notices that his right hand is changing colors, sweating, &
hot.

His parents checked on him often.

The doctor stopped by and gave him 1 pink pill.

Charles thought the pill would make his hand change back.

Later in the day he notices his other hand has changed.

He then thinks that his hands and legs have fallen off.

The doctor comes at night and talks to Charles who is acting
crazy, gives him three more pills.

After talking for a while his hands crept up to his neck and he
started to strangle himself.

The doctor strapped his hands down and went home.

The doctor diagnosed him with Scarlet Fever.

Charles got out of bed himself and stood in front of the window as
the doctor came.

Charles was doing much better, and wanted to return to school.

Charles thinks he can kill everyone he touches.
The illness has become better physically but has taken over his mind.

He wants to go back to school so he can kill all of his
classmates; he touches the bird, the ants, and his parents.
