How is this class different from the other English classes that you've ever had before?

    I think that what makes this English class different from any of my other English classes is the fact that I think now I'm trying harder to learn things with the computers than I ever have ever before. I think that by learning with the computers makes it a lot for fun to work with and a better experience for me and will help me in the long run. I think that by working with the computers in this class, helps me learn a lot more than just English, but a lot more about technology and the way that writing and lap tops go together.

How have you changed by taking these cyber classes?

    I think that I have changed in many different ways. I have learned not just in writing, but i have changed my perspective on writing also. I think that by using these computer enhances your writing ability, and it sure has made my writing a lot better. But not only has the computers helped me with my writing, but has also changed me in the technology form. I know a lot more about computers now then I ever have and will ever know. I think that our school and our cyber teachers do a really good job on helping us adjust from going from pencil and paper everyday, to  going to using the great lap tops that we have today.

What has been most challenging or frustrating for you and how have you met the challenge or overcome the frustration?

    In my cyber classes, there have been many challenges that I have faced and overcome  throughout my months as a cyber soph. There have been many things that I have hated about this whole experience, one in particular, how my computer is always slow and is always breaking down on me. Sometimes I want to throw the computer away and just go back to my regular classes. But when I stop  think about how lucky I am to have something so nice in our school system, I tell myself to stop being such a baby, and just got with it. And ever since I have been working with the computers and having one on hand every day of the school year, I have noticed that my writing skills have really improved from the time I started the school year, until now. And now I know that every time I get frustrated or angry with my computer, I should just stop myself and think of how lucky I am.

What did you think of the first semester as a cyber soph.?

    During my first semester as a cyber soph, went really fast but was a great experience for me. The computers not only made classes fun for me, but also helped me in many different ways. My writing skills have increased tremendously and my grades, I believe, are better too. I also have a lot more knowledge of computers now then I ever have in my whole life. I know a lot more about the different programs and documents on these lap tops and all the different gadgets on these computers. But i also have learned about a different way of communication, also.

   In using these computers, I can talk to my teachers and keep up to date on my grades if I wanted to. I can email my friends and family from out of town and keep in touch with them daily. Computers have made it easier for me to communicate better with many different people at a touch of a button. Even though the computers can sometimes frustrate me, I always manage to overcome these problems. And even though they don't always cooperate, I always think about how these computers will help me with my writing skills and communication skills in the long run.
