Journal 1

The first 15 pages of the book talk about Norman and how he lives in Wolf Creek the town. He talks about his brother Paul and how he lives in Helena a large town. He talks about how he hasn’t gone fishing with Paul in quite a while. Paul is a reporter and Norman Talks about how was a lumberjack when he was younger.

Norman has a wife and he lives in Wolf Creek.

Journal 2

Norman and Paul start becoming better friends again. However Norman had to go bailout Paul from the county Jail after beating on someone after having to much to drink. Paul doesn't talk much about this incident to Norman because he is truly sorry for what he did.

Journal 3

Norman and Paul started going fishing together at different rivers and lakes. They start to realize the true meaning of their brotherhood not just money and bars and jokes.
