My Puppy

My puppy, Buddy, is one of the most important things in my life. Buddy is a little Shih Tzu/Collie. She has brown and black spots on her cream white hair. Her hair is long and straight with a little crimp in it. She stands about a foot tall and is a foot and a half long. Like most dogs, Buddy has overflowing energy.

Although she is a small dog, she acts like she is a large dog. She will go up to dogs three times her height and play with them. She also likes to wrestle with big dogs, and that is when I get frightened for her life. She is my little baby, and I always protect her. All my friends know that if they mess with her, they mess with me. She is also my protector; when some one gets to close to me, she starts barking and doesn’t stop till they back off.

She mostly lives inside my house, but she loves to go outside and run. She is very energetic and very playful. She isn’t too fond of the snow, but she plays in it anyway. She loves the summer because that is when she can play in tall grass and tries to attack bugs. She also loves herding the sheep with our other dog, Roxy. I think that she has an agreement with the sheep so that it looks like she herds them, because they could crash her in an instant.

In all I love my buddy to death; she is the most important thing my life. I never want to leave her, but I am afraid that I might have to soon. She is my pride and joy for all my life. She will always be my loving protector that is full of energy.
