Which help me to run fast at recess.

Baseball team, where

The good times never end.

And the 12-hour days.

I am from the cold ham sandwiches,

And the muddy break room.

I am from the gravel roads,

And the dusty fields.

I am from the green pasture

And the endless blue sky.

I am from the Chicago White Sox

And the Detroit Lions

I am from the Yankton Track

And Cross Country team.

I am from 299^th St.

And the Chevy S-10

I am from spaghetti and meatballs,

And the Charlie’s Pizza.
