My name is Eric but everyone calls me Moby. It could be because I swim but I thinks its because I'm large. Don't get me wrong, I don't care, I actually like the name. My best friend is Sarah Byrnes . We are not ordinary kids though. I'm fat and she's scarred so I guess that's why we're friends. We have the "terminal uglies". We are a part of the underground newspaper Crispy Pork Rinds. We started it to make fun of all the people who have made fun of us or were mean to us in the past. We are always getting in trouble with it. When we got to high school I joined the swim team and I thought she wouldn't be my friend if I wasn't fat so I stayed fat for her for awhile. I later learned that her face and hands were scarred by the spaghetti water like she said. Her dad was the one that burnt her with a wood stove. She doesn't live with him anymore so she's safe now. We make one weird team. This is just part of the large ironic story of our lives
