This is one of my favorite classes even though I haven’t been here more than little over a week. It’s so different compared to my other English classes. They are all snooze and cruise, but this class is exciting. We are actually involved with what we are doing. It helps being at a computer instead of a desk. We don’t have to carry big books around and can get on our website from home to work on it. It’s interesting how people can log on to your site and read your work. One of the best parts is we can chat in a chat room about books and other things, its not just that we have to sit and have a class discussion. This class is really high-tech and I wish all my classes were like this.

This class has taught me a lot. I have learned many new things while being in here. Before this, I had never made a web-page. I am very excited to learn how. I have also learned that you don't always have to do everything with pen and paper, it sometimes goes faster if you just do it on the computer. I have also learned that you need help from people if you don't know what your doing. Everything is much easy to get done when your on the internet. You can read other peoples work so you can have a guideline of what it should look like if you weren't here.

I really like being in a Cyber Comp class because it opens up your way of learning. I'm used to regular pen and paper English classes but this is a whole different ball park. Everything you need to know is already on the computer so you don't have to go to other places to find what you need. The teacher doesn't really need to be here unless we need help because she has already placed what we are to do and the instructions on the website we are to look at everyday. I think that all classes should be made into Cyber classes. School would be really fun that way.

Since being in this class I haven't really changed. In a way I guess that I have gotten better with the computer. I have also gotten better at being self-taught. I end up teaching myself a lot of the things that I do in this class. I have also changed in the aspect of helping. I help the people around me if the don't understand, even when I have explained it to them almost a hundred times already. I have also become more responsible with getting my stuff done on time, except there are no due dates. I guess I get them done right away so I don't get in trouble for not having them done.

This class is really challenging for me cause I have bad days a lot and when I come here people just make me mad. Everybody in this class is really loud and doesn't know when to shut up. This class is really fun but really frustrating at the same time. To overcome this frustration I try to block out all the stupid loud people. Its kind of like right now, I’m having a bad day and the people that sit across the room from me are being loud and throwing a ball around. It’s really hard to concentrate with these people goofing off all the time. Its okay once in a while but when they do it all the time it gets really old.

I have always been afraid of working on computers in school. I have always been afraid that I would break them or something. I also have never been really good on the computer but now that i have this call I've gotten better at working on the computer. I am also not afraid that I will break the computer because I've been on it for a long and no longer afraid of it. I have learned many news ways to do things. I also have learned many new ways to do things in writing. I feel more confident in my writing because you write in this class every single day.

The end of the year is finally here! Only three more days! In the past semester I have learned so much and have fun learning it too. I have become more confident with the computer and in my writing. The one thing that I have learned that I will value and use in my everyday life is making my web-site. Knowing how to make a web-site will help me in other classes to come. I have become a self-directed learner in so many ways. I know now that if I take my time and read the directions slowly and more then once, then it pretty much explains to you step by step on how to do the work.
When the semester first started and I was told that I would be making a web-site I was really nervous and scared because I had never made one before. I was also scared because I don't like using the school computers because I'm always scared I will break them. Now that I have completed one, I think that it's easy and I would like to make more. I like having my work published on a web-site. Since people are actually reading this, I work harder on making my work really good and perfect.
If I could change anything that happened in this class I would only change some of the students. I would change the students that didn't listen and never got their work done. They have no excuse for not having their work done. You get all the work done in class and there never really was a due date on anything.
I wish that every class that I could take could be a cyber class. They are a lot different and simpler in a way. It makes you a better more self-direct learner. I will take the experience I have gotten from this class and apply it to other classes and life in general.
