Dillon Hemmingway- Strong, athletic, and a junior in high school. Dillon is a boastful athlete who is very competitive in his individual sport, triathlon. He puts his great athletic self in a girl’s basketball trainer position. Dillon does not participate in school athletics, but excels in academics. He is also dealing with a great pressure inside himself, which is the suicide of his brother that occurred right in front of him. Dillon is also confused about a love he feels between two major women in his life: Stacy and Jennifer.
