Why You Should Not Eat
Pre-Processed Food

EAT HOME COOKED MEALS
In 1954 C.A. Swanson & Sons introduced
the first TV dinner, it was roast turkey with stuffing and gravy, sweet potatoes
and peas. It sold for 98 cents and came in an aluminum tray, so you could just
open the box and heat the dinner in the oven.

Look closely, they are not even eating the food as is proven by the sparkling clean fork!
These 'Heart Attacks in a Box' not only create rifts among families, they can destroy your body as well. In order to preserve them, these dinners contain many chemicals that are not meant to go into your body. The average dinner contains: 1,010 calories, 41 grams of fat, 155mg cholesterol, and a mind-boggling 3,180mg sodium.
Besides the reasons above, this instant packaged food DOESN'T TASTE GOOD. If you think that you like it then go try some bark and grass. It tastes the same, and you will at least be getting some nutrition. These marketing executives know this, and so instead of completely lying on their packaging, they show some other foods to the meal, fruits and tall glasses of milk. This colorful display helps the consumer think that they are enjoying their food, but they are only enjoying the fruit that they eat with it.
The best alternative for these is to take the time to cook and enjoy healthy eating with your family. If you need some variation, you can go to a SIT-DOWN restaurant. (Most fast food joints are just larger versions of the TV dinner.) As well as offering the added benefit of tasting food that agrees with your palate, soon you will notice that the rifts between your family members are healing as well as the gap between your cholesterol and that of the doctor recommended level.
