Cause and effect
Staying up late is fun but if you don’t get enough sleep it can have
serious consequences.
If you have something important the next day,and
you stay up late the night before,you
will be very tired and crabby.
One time I spent the night at a friend’s house and stayedup
very late,
and
I had to work the next day. I went to bed at three o’ clock and had to wake
up at eight o’ clock. When I awoke,I
was extremely tired and crabby and did not want to attend to work that day.
Staying up late can really ruin your day. Usually when I stay up very late on
the weekends,I
sleep till noon or longer. You feel like you don’t want to get up at all. So
staying up late has two effects on you. Staying up late can make you very
crabby and tired if you have to wake up early the next day. Second it makes
you miss half
of your day by
sleeping.
Another effect staying up late is
that it could ruin your health. If you continually keep staying up late,
it could be
very bad for you health and get you quite sick. Your eyes will get very pale,
and you will
get bigblack
blotches under your eyes whichmakes
you unattractive to other people. It could develop into a bad habit, which would
notbe
good for you. If it gets bad enough,
you may have to visit the doctor or change your bad habit.
