"No Rain" -Blind Melon; on the cd, ‘Blind Melon’

The song I chose was "No Rain" by Blind Melon. I chose it because my life is pretty plain and I do indeed like watching puddles gather rain. Most of the song describes me except for the part, "And all I can do is read a book to stay awake…" because reading makes me extremely tired. Also, my point of view isn’t exactly sane, like the writer of the song.

To me, the song has a lay back feeling to it. It reminds me of summer days that are just too hot to do anything; I start to complain because it’s not raining. (I love storms of all kinds.)
