My mom and dad never planned on having me, but they had no choice when my mom got pregnant at 18. So they were kind of exicted of having a kid. They didn’t think that they would have any problems with having a baby. A big reality check was coming their way.
The first day I was born my parents were really happy. Not yet did they know how much trouble it was to have a baby. The first month was terrible because I would never stop crying, and I always wanted to be held, and my parents were going crazy. Finally they got on the routine of taking care of a newborn.
I started to grow up and it got a lot easier. They didn’t have to do as much to when I was a newborn. They just had to change diapers and feed me. When I was a newborn, they had to hold me every like 3 hours and feed me whenever I cried.
The clothes style when I was under one were wacko. Tight legged pants, long sweaters. The music was all oldies and stuff. It would be a nightmare living then right now because none of that stuff is in style at all and never will be.
They had a hard time taking care of me my first year, but they had to do it. What do I say… It was totally worth having this child.
