Dear Mr. & Mrs. Caulfield-

    Hello it is Mr. Antolini Holden's old teacher from the Whooton school. The other night your son Holden called up our house and asked if he could stop by for the night. My wife and I immediately new something was the matter with him. We told him to come right on over because we were concerned he had gotten himself into some trouble. When he finally came over he told us about how he'd had some trouble at the new school he was at, Pencey. He then told us how he had once again dropped out of school and he came home early. I think he was afraid to come home with what you guys might have said to him. Well, during the night I stayed up a bit sitting next to him while he was sleeping and me sitting there must have freaked him out. Suddenly he just jumped up out of nowhere and had to go. My wife and I are very concerned for him if you see him tell him we care.
