The Lord OF the Flies

By William Golding

The Lord of the Flies written by William Golding, is a novel set in the future, but takes an almost primitive look at how a society develops. The novel is split into three main climaxes, the killing of the pig, the splitting of the groups, and the rescues of the boys. Golding uses characters to represent how a society can change without rules and regulations. The members of Mrs. Shultz’s third period forms of fiction class, Carrie B, Jeff B, Jenny Z, Lizzie N, and Nick C, created this multi-genre web page to creatively retell the novel.
