My House

One of my favorite places is my house. I like to come home each day and be able to sit down and just relax. There are many things that I like about my house. There are too many to tell you, so I will name a few.

One place I like at my house is the yard. I like to go sit outside on my back porch in the summer time and sit and watch everything that goes on in the field behind my house. Also I like to have friends over and play football and soccer and other games like that. It is fun because my yard is so big that it could probably be the same size as a football field.

          Another place in my house that I like is my bedroom. I have had three different bedrooms in my house, because when my sister went to college, I got a new one, and then when my brother went to college, I got another new one. The first one I had I painted myself with my mom. It has blue, red, and yellow splattered on the wall with blue carpet and a red door with red trim. It was in a little corner of the house. The room I have now is yellow with blue trim and a yellow door. I like the smell of it. It smells like the perfume I use, and it smells so good.

          Last I like how big my house is. I like this because if you are in one room and you don’t want to be bothered, it is ok. You really don’t hear too much of what is going on upstairs if you are downstairs. If you are in one room of the house, you have to yell really loud to get someone’s attention. Also, it has a lot of good hiding places if you are playing games or you just want to hide things.
