Marie Little Soldier Murdered by Doctor

   Marie Little Soldier was found dead in her home

Sunday. Marie was suffering from pnemonia at

the time. Frank Hayden was seen leaving the house

somewhere around the time she is believed to have

died. Sheriff Wesley Hayden of Mercer County

arrested Frank Hayden for the murder of Marie.

Wesley locked his brother in the basement,

hoping to prevent any embarresment. Wesley

planned to take Frank to the county jail, but the next

morning he was found dead in the basement. He

apparently commited suicide by cutting his wrist

with a piece of glass.
