How is this class different from other English classes you've had?
This sophomore computer class with Mrs. Schulze is completely different from any other English class I’ve taken. This is so because most English classes don’t use computers as assignment pads everyday. Mythology is an elective class, which involves English criteria, that talks about myths and tales from people to people. Mythology doesn’t include computers to work on and mostly has students spend time on note taking. Other English classes include more writing and involve speech intake or reading literature. I look forward to this class being exciting and very educational toward computer uses. Also, I expect to have a lot more fun in this class.

How do you feel about being in a Cyber comp class?
I am fond of my 6th period Cyber comp class. It is fun learning new types of forms and making different stories. This Cyber comp class makes me feel relaxed, because I am doing what I already do at home. I mess around on my computer all the time at my house and I am aware of what the computer can do. I am looking forward to making different genres of stories since that is also a favorite of mine. I plan on having fun and interesting times in Cyber comp class. Although, this class shall be fun, this class will take a lot of patience.2/7/03
Do you feel more confident about any of your skills in computers or writing? Explain.
I feel confident about my skills with writing and working with the computer because I love to work with computers and write in my spare time. All the books I read also help my skills in writing because of the criteria and the punctuations that are used by famous authors. I have also worked with computers and have gotten a fair share of how it works and how to use it. I've written stories in my spare time and poems. My friends have read them and thought highly of my writing so that gives me confidents to write more. From the confidence from myself and my friends, I plan on making a story sometime later in my life.

What will you do with what you have learned?
I will use what I learned in Cyber Comp in making a website of my own, if I owned Microsoft FrontPage. I would make my own websites with more of my own style. With the experience I took from making my own website at school, I'd take an advantage of putting all my favorite pictures and saying all over my website. My favorite thing to do with making a website is to be my creative self. I love to just create and organize certain arts on computer or else where. This has been fun working with website making and also with different types of stories we get to make for our assignments.

9 week reflection
These past nine weeks have gone by fast within the sophomore comp process. I have learned a lot so far from all that we have learned such as how to make a website and how to write. This class has made me want to learn more about computers and work on my creative skills as a web designer. Sophomore Comp has also made me want to write more as into different genres of stories or poems. I have had struggles of how everything is operated at times but I got through and finished my assignments and websites on time. This has been a great learning experience for me and I hope this will come again in the near future.
