| This myth involving tornadoes is about the cowboy Pecos Bill. People said that Pecos Bill could ride anything. Since Bill was such an expert at riding, he wanted more of a challenge. Bill went up to Kansas and waited for the biggest tornado ever seen. This tornado was so big that people in China could hear it. Bill pinned the tornado and got on. He rode the twister down to Texas and then over to California. The tornado was worn down to about nothing when finally Bill got tired and fell off.
