Obie

Obie is the secretary of the Vigils, who both admires and hates Archie. Obies goal is to get Archie in his own act with out directly being involved. Obie has the low-down on every person in Trinity, and could pull up a profile with a simple flip of the note book. Though Obie is not a character with great powers or recognition, he does become one of great importance through out the novel.
