The thing that really wowed me during our short field trip to the Lewis and Clark gallery was that the painting were done with such awesome detail. They were really nicely painted, sketched, or crafted together. Something else that really wowed me about the art gallery was that the paintings were actually on sail just like a real art show, so I thought that was pretty neat as well. I also was really impressed with the artwork that was done by local people. That was really cool to see that people from our own town were making donations of their soul artwork to the wonderful art gallery! That is what really wowed me on my trip to the Lewis and Clark Art Gallery!

Dec. 4th, 2003 REFLEX SHINE OB PROJECT 

    This project that we did in our small groups was very fun and was a good project to do. i liked the fact that we had to read a short story and do certain genres. The genres that i did were a lot of fun and i really enjoyed doing them. i did a rap song, poem, and a really sweet rhyme! this project was a good experience for me. The things that i would do differently is that the teacher should pick the groups and we should be able to have more time to work on the project. i would also put the work on the same website!

    This project that we have started with the African Safari theme has been very fun! In Composition we have made masks that was very fun and exiting to make because we got the chance to make our own homemade paste and then peel newspaper and then paste them onto out balloons. We also had to look up African authors from our region that we were chosen to do. I found an author from Kenya and I found alot of interesting facts about the author that i looked up. This has been a very fun experience and all of the kids in my class enjoyed it as well.

Dec. 19th

   The most challenging thing about this whole this is doing our web pages because it is really hard to hyperlink that pages together and it is also really difficult to keep up with the journals because i never know when we are suppose to write them. i am also having troubles with the grades that i recieve sometimes. Sometimes i get bad grades and i dont even know what the grade is for. But i started to read the directions more and that has helped me alot with the things that i need to get done for sophmore composition.

Jan. 8th

   The whole expeirence with this project has been a good one. I have really enjoyed watching movies, making websites, and adding things to our websites. There were a few things that i didn't like such as the time dead lines that these things needed to be in for. I thought that we should have had at least one month or even 2 months to work on this project i think that would have been a lot better. Otherwise I really liked doing this whole African website and project deal
